YOGA

WHEN LIFE WOBBLES,
FIND BALANCE ON THE MAT
Twenty years on, I love yoga and its multiple facets more than ever. It's taken me on a journey around the world and into dozens of studios with many teachers from different schools and disciplines. I finally embarked on my yoga teaching Diploma with Yoga Campus London (18 months part time and 320 hours RTS) in 2017 having completed other courses while living in the US and on travels in India. Yoga is, however, a life-long journey of learning.
I prefer to teach slow mindful Hatha yoga. I also work on climate change and wildlife for an international NGO, so life is busy and varied. My aim is to integrate love of planet with love of self and to empower us all to take action and feel a sense of both agency and urgency. I set up everybodyyoga.uk because I firmly believe the benefits of this practice are available to all regardless of age, body type, mobility.

Yoga Sutra 1.2
Watch your thoughts;
they become words.
Watch your words;
they become actions.
Watch your actions;
they become habits.
Watch your habits;
they become character.
Watch your character;
for it becomes your destiny.
